
Samford University’s Marketing and Communication department received several national awards for its work during 2024.
The team received six awards from the Digital Advertising Awards, including two Gold awards and four Silver awards. Judging criteria included creativity, impact, technological application, execution and innovation. The team also won six awards from the Collegiate Advertising Awards—four Gold awards and two Silver awards.
The Digital Advertising Awards are the nation’s most exclusive program for excellence in digital marketing. The awards are hosted by Creative Images Inc., an internationally recognized firm that has recognized exceptional marketing and advertising achievements for more than 30 years. The Collegiate Advertising Awards is an elite program allowing colleges and universities to compete against one another in all forms of advertising, marketing and other higher education-specific promotions.
