Sabrina is a native of Birmingham. She holds an undergraduate degree in Psychology from The University of Alabama at Birmingham and a Master's of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from The University of West Alabama. As a PhD Candidate in Counselor Education and Supervision from Capella University, Sabrina understands the unique challenges that come with balancing academic and personal growth.

As a National Certified Counselor and Associate Licensed Counselor under the supervision of Dr. Kelly Owenby, PhD, LPC-S, Sabrina has clinical experience ranging from outpatient therapy to inpatient addiction treatment. She uses an integrative and process-based approach to create a reflective space in which healing, growth, and wellness can flourish.
