Wireless Network Instructions for Mac (Students)

1. In the upper right-hand corner of your screen, click the Wi-Fi icon and turn Wi-Fi on if it is not already.
2. Select Samford_IOT from the list of available networks.
3. You will see a window pop up that will list your MAC address at the bottom. Either select and copy the MAC address or write it down.
4. Follow the link to pf.samford.edu/device-registration.
5. Click Register another device.
6. Enter the MAC address for your device in the text field (including the colons). Click register.
7. You should now be connected to Samford_IOT and have full internet access.
8. Turn off Use Private Address for the IOT network. Here is how to do that.
