The normal hours of operation for the Office of Facilities Management are 8 a.m.–4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday.

Service or repairs for student resident facilities normally are requested through the area offices located in Beeson Woods, Central Campus and West Campus. To request other routine service or repairs, call 205-726-2711. A written request is not required for routine service. The same phone numbers may be used for after-hours emergency service. The caller will be directed to the individual who is designated to respond to emergencies when the Office of Facilities Management is closed.
