We had the pleasure of visiting with Sandy Sandlin ’71 and his son, Cole ’08, on our 95 for 95 Tour. This year, Sandy will be celebrating his 50th year of practicing pharmacy in the state of Alabama. Fred’s Pharmacy was opened by Sandy’s father in 1951 (a Howard College Pharmacy graduate) and has been a staple in the Hamilton community ever since. It takes no time at all to realize how much the Sandlins love their community and the people in it. We are truly blessed to have them as part of our Samford Pharmacy family!
