Body Sculpting
A new class that will specifically target muscle groups in a way that builds muscle tone. Get a great toning workout in while learning exercises that tone. For an extra challenge, do the Indoor Cycling class prior to Body Sculpting on Tuesdays. It’s a challenge that you will love.
Bulldog Burn
If you like dance cardio but also need some strength training and muscle toning, you will want to attend Bulldog Jam. It is an original class combining high energy dance with strength training. Each song combines dance with strength moves isolating specific muscle groups.
Bulldog Dance
A high energy cardio class that will also build functional strength. A fun way to get in your daily cardio fix while enjoying great music and friends.
Core Barre
Core Barre is your “all in one” fitness class utilizing the elements of strength training with light to medium weights, barre toning, and aerobic dance to work the whole body in a short time. No dance experience required! Set to upbeat current music, our ever-changing classes use a variety of fitness tools to keep body and mind engaged.
Dance Trance
Dance Trance is a high-cardio, high-energy fitness experience, comprised of originally choreographed routines. This class is a great alternative to a treadmill on cardio days as it will have your heartrate high while you build coordination and stability. The classes are for all fitness levels and previous dance experience is not required.
FUNXTION Fitness Classes
FUNXTION HIIT: A full body high intensity interval class to strengthen and challenge you. Many different types of exercise equipment will be used to get a great workout along with a high calorie burn.
FUNXTION Strong: A full body workout with a focus on gaining muscular strength. This class uses a circuit style format and different types of equipment to build overall strength and endurance.
HIIT On Turf
HIIT On Turf is a circuit style HIIT class that will challenge you with a variety of exercises. This class uses sleds, TRX straps, plyo boxes, kettlebells and more to build strength and function movement skills. If you’ve ever thought about stepping out of your comfort zone to build fitness in a different way, this is for you.
Indoor Cycling
Our cycling classes will test your limits or allow you to go at your own pace. You will experience a variety of training during these sessions from sprints to hills to threshold intervals. Come compete against yourself and/or others as you burn calories at a maximum rate. Make sure to register for these classes as many fill up quickly.
Mat Pilates
Pilates is a full-body, low-impact workout boosting core strength, mobility, and flexibility. Pilates improves posture, balance, and coordination. Mat Pilates exercises utilize resistance training through body weight, an assorted variety of exercise accessories and gravity to build muscular strength, stability, and endurance.
Small Group Strength Training
Do you want to get stronger while learning how to properly lift with a personal trainer? Small Group Strength Training is for you. It uses a variety of strength training equipment to hit all muscle groups every workout. You will not only get in a good strength training workout, but you will also become more knowledgeable in how to set up a safe training session.
Yoga
If you want better muscle tone, flexibility and state of mind, come join a yoga class. Get a great workout without beating yourself up. Here are the two styles you’ll experience.
Power Vinyasa: Power Vinyasa is designed for practitioners who are looking for a little more challenge. During this class you can expect lots of fast-paced movement set to upbeat music.
Gentle Vinyasa: Gentle Vinyasa is designed for practitioners who want a slower introduction to moving meditation. During this class, you can expect gentle movement with longer holds in each pose.
Zumba/Circl Mobility
This class is a 30-minute dance cardio and 15-minute functional mobility (think Yoga meets Pilates) workout. Zumba fuses hypnotic Latin rhythms and easy-to-follow moves while Circl Mobility combines movements for core strength, flexibility and muscle toning. This is an absolute blast of calorie-burning, body-energizing and awe-inspiring movements meant to engage and captivate life!
