Before attending Samford, Citlali was an Ambassador, Campus Minister, and the Honors Mixed Ensemble's Choir President at John Carroll Catholic High School. She was also a member of John Carroll's Heritage Panel chapter and ran indoor track & cross country. While attending Samford, Citlali plans to study Marketing with a concentration in Social Entrepreneurship. After graduation, Citlali plans to earn her master's degree in business administration and then use her degrees to work with social non-profits focused on providing support for the homeless and lower income population, specifically mothers and children.
