The Legacy League is governed by elected and appointed officers who serve under the guidelines adopted in our bylaws. The organization’s leadership is comprised of the executive committee, board of directors and junior board, whose members are listed below.

Junior Board

Junior Board

As the leadership group for members under age 40, the junior board plans special events and volunteer opportunities to support the Legacy League’s mission to provide life-changing scholarships for students with significant financial need and challenging circumstances. Members of the junior board serve for one-year terms (July – June).

To be eligible for membership on the junior board, a candidate should be an enthusiastic ambassador for the Legacy League’s mission; previous Samford affiliation is not required. Junior board members must not exceed 39 years of age when joining the board.
