Our Rascal of the month is Charlie!  His person is Courtney Baro (2L).  He’s 10 weeks old and was found wandering the streets of downtown Birmingham. 

Charlie is a “super mutt” with 15 breeds in his DNA (mostly German Shepherd, Chow Chow, Lab, and Husky).  He’s high-energy, playful, loves sticks and pinecones, and his ears have a mind of their own.
