Welcome to Samford University’s Faculty Success Center! We are located on the 4th floor of Dwight M. Beeson Hall (DBH) and extend an invitation to all faculty to come experience this unique space created for their professional development and well-being.

The FSC grew out of the Faculty Success Collaborative, a formal advisory committee convened by the provost with representative Faculty Ambassadors from each of Samford’s academic units. The Collaborative’s Faculty Ambassadors continue to serve as an advisory committee for the FSC to identify and coordinate faculty development opportunities.

This event will explore how leaders can adapt their programs in response to GenAI’s sweeping impact across industries and job roles. Participants will leave this session with a deeper understanding of: o The essential skills students need to navigate the evolving work landscape o Which programs should be prioritized and how to refine the curriculum o Why current market listening strategies are inadequate for understanding GenAI and what new leading indicators to track instead o Zoom-based - Zoom link will be provided to all registrants in advance of the event.
