Stacey Shipman joined Samford University in 2026 as the clinical operations manager in the Department of Communication Sciences and Disorders. Prior to this role, Shipman served as a pediatric speech-language pathologist for 25 years in a variety of settings, including schools, early intervention and private practice.

Her clinical experience includes treatment of patients with articulation and phonological disorders, language disorders and a variety of developmental disorders, including autism, Down syndrome and cerebral palsy.
