Environmental Law Speaker Series: Industrial Land Use

This panel discussion focuses on the origination and entitlement of industrial land uses as a driver for economic development and the duty to protect water quality as a natural resource. The discussion will touch on municipal planning, real estate entitlement, responsible construction management practices and procedures, toxic torts litigation, and resolution of environmental infractionCumberland School of Law students, and Samford students studying biology, geography, sociology and similar majors, as well as students in the Master of Science in Environmental Management are encouraged to attend.
